Is this really a working farm?
For well over 100 years, Farview Farms was a working farm that raised dairy cattle, blueberries, fruits and other crops. In 1997 parts of the farm were sold off in smaller acreages. Bob and Shelley Walters bought 86 acres and sold 36 to pay for structures and other startup costs. We raise miniature horses, ponies, corn, hay, and pumpkins.
When is the farm open?
10am - 4pm June through August, Monday through Friday, weather permitting.
Most Saturdays are closed to the public because of large corporate picnics
with up to 1100 guests at a time. Check our calendar for Saturday availability. If were booked, we wont be open, so please check.
Do I have to make a reservation?
